We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or any script that profiles visitors. This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
This site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or visitor tracking. The only third-party request made by the site is to Google Fonts, to load our typography. Loading a font this way means your browser connects directly to Google's servers, which may process your IP address in line with Google's own privacy policy. No cookie is set by this request, and no data is shared with Google beyond what your browser sends to fetch the font file itself.
If this ever changes — for example if we add analytics in the future — we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.

To deliver your message to us reliably, the contact form sends it through our Hostinger email service (SMTP) before it reaches our inbox at info@tyn-digital.com. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Inquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted after a reasonable period, typically within 24 months.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@tyn-digital.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
We may update this page from time to time, for example if the way we process data changes. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
